Returns and Exchanges:

Please review your order carefully before placing it.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days for a refund of merchandise only.

All returns require prior authorization, please call 954-746-9191 for an authorization number.

Items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted.

All returns must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in good condition.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

The customer is responsible for the full shipping cost of the item returned as well a the full shipping cost upon delivery.

Items are shipped Monday- Friday within an hour or two after order is placed, and all orders must be cancelled before the item actually ships.

If the item has already been shipped, the customer is responsible for any freight cost as well as a 20% restocking fee.

All color coded products and specialty items are sold as a final sale and no refunds or returns can be applied to these items.

All special order items including gaskets, O rings, clamps, stainless steel piping and tubing are non-refundable.
